Pam moved to NYC in 1987 with Mike, her college love, and worked as a VP of Merchandising for over 10 years. After having 2 children (Meaghan & Michael), she reached her AH-HA moment on yet another overseas business trip, “there must be a better way!” Soon, she and Mike packed up their young family and moved to rural Sandy Hook, CT to lead a simpler life.

Feeling the creative pull, she envisioned a socially conscious company that would allow her to be present for her family of 5 (Matt). Like her family, Our Green House, continues to evolve & grow.

Mike has always been way ahead of the curve.  Owner of Willow Environmental, an environmental testing company, since 1992, he was one of the first to offer such services in New York City.  Married to his college sweetheart Pam (see above), Mike is a father of three, a youth sports coach, and an unabashed Boston fan.

Lindsay is an author, motivational speaker, birth psychology and maternity health specialist & natural mommy blogger for Our Green House. Beyond raising her two daughters to be strong, independent women who know that they are well loved and can achieve anything, her mission in life is helping to bring inner healing and joy for women everywhere.

Patti is a freelance designer with a focus on retail and consumer package goods with a 20+ year career in marketing and advertising. She has been a key contributor to the overall design and communication of the Our Green House brand since it’s beginning.

She lives in Fairfield, CT with her husband and 2 children. With a passion for both baking and all things British, her dream is to earn a spot on the Great British Baking Show.

Melissa has been working at Our Green House for 6 years. While she’s worn many hats in that time, her favorite tasks are the ones that involve counting, listing, sorting and organizing. When her babies are young enough to not cause too much havoc they tag along with her to model baby products, fill Pam’s Instagram feed and help assemble gift baskets while hanging out in the carrier. Melissa lives in the middle of the woods in a fixer-upper that she and her husband have big dreams for. They both work from home and homeschool their three kids so you can usually find them all together – working, learning, playing, and exploring. If you have questions about cloth diapers, babywearing or which baby toys stand the test of time – she’s the Our Green House employee you want to talk to!

As a high school student, Sonya was an active member of her school’s environmental club, an interest that intensified when she became a parent. A self-trained marketing professional, she loves melding her talents and interests together, designing and editing the blog, emails, and other online marketing efforts at Our Green House. When she’s not working, homeschooling her teenager, or learning something new, Sonya finds peace gardening, hiking and raising grain and soy-free pastured chickens.
